Prepare a succulent still life of food found in the garbage.
After many years of collecting food in the garbage and building food harvesting networks, I was able to see the great amount of good food that I could get by collecting in the containers of the European countries. I came to the conclusion that it was necessary to make an intervention that evidenced garbage as a resource. Recycling food is a political position in favor of sustainability, recovering waste and adapting consumption habits.
Recycling food is not asking for charity from food stores, but breaking with social stigmas and collecting food directly from waste, learning to process that food according to its state for its own storage, and in this way, reconnecting with the traditional kitchen.
